6. Fair Prices:
Every effort is made to keep my prices low as possible to individual buyers while maintaining the highest quality. I have been able to do this is by selling only to the consumer. Manufacturers and individual furniture makers selling to dealers & galleries as well as to consumers must include the dealers' or galleries' mark-up in their own retail prices. If they don't do this, their dealers & galleries won't buy from them. These mark-ups can be 35%-70%. Since I don't sell to any retailers or galleries I am not forced to add this to my prices, allowing me to give you the best price possible.
7. Individual Attention:
Each order placed receives my individual attention and design. Talk with me anytime to make sure you're getting exactly what you are looking for. I build each piece to order, even "standard" items being customized to your needs with little or no extra charge. Teresa, my wife handles the sale of each piece and will go over your options every step of the way making sure you are comfortable and happy with your order from order design/placement through the arrival of your item.
8. Returns/Exchanges:
Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days for like or similar items. Personally inscripted items are NOT returnable. IF item arrives damaged, we will create a new item for you, ship it to you and we will await reimbursement from the shipping company. You do NOT have to wait for the new item until we are reimbursed by the shipping company.
